Solar Design Engineer
Design rooftop and ground-mount solar systems from site survey through final layout — shading analysis, structural load checks, single-line diagrams, and BOQ preparation.
- Hands-on with AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design tools
- Comfortable reviewing site photos and shadow reports
- 0–4 years experience, engineering background preferred
Sales & Business Development Manager
Drive residential, farm, and commercial solar sales across your territory — from lead qualification and site visits to closing and subsidy guidance.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English
- Comfortable with field visits and target-driven work
- Prior sales experience (solar, EMI, or FMCG) a plus
Site Project Manager
Own project execution end-to-end — coordinate installation crews, manage timelines and material logistics, and ensure every site meets our quality and safety standard.
- Experience managing on-ground installation or construction teams
- Strong grip on scheduling, vendor coordination, and safety compliance
- Willingness to travel across project sites
O&M Technician
Keep installed systems performing at their best — routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, panel cleaning schedules, and fast response on customer service calls.
- ITI/Diploma in electrical or equivalent hands-on experience
- Basic understanding of inverters, wiring, and net-metering setups
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and good with customers on-site
