Performance warranty (25 years): Your panels are guaranteed to generate at least 80%+ of their rated output at the end of 25 years. Manufacturers typically guarantee around 90–92% output at year 10 and 80–85% at year 25, with a slow, linear degradation curve in between — meaning your system keeps producing meaningful power well into its third decade.
Product warranty (10–12 years): Covers manufacturing defects — cell cracks, delamination, junction box faults, or frame corrosion not caused by external damage — with free repair or replacement during this period.
String inverters (used in standard grid-tied residential and commercial systems) carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 5 years, extendable up to 10 years — covering internal component failure, firmware faults, and workmanship defects under normal operating conditions.
Hybrid and off-grid inverters (used with battery storage systems) typically carry a longer warranty window of up to 10 years given their more complex charge-controller and battery-management circuitry, reflecting their role as the core of a backup power system.
Batteries used in hybrid and storage-backed systems carry a 5 to 10-year warranty, or a guaranteed cycle-life count (typically 4,000–6,000 charge-discharge cycles) — whichever comes first, as specified by the manufacturer.
Our galvanized iron (GI) and aluminium mounting structures are engineered for a 15 to 25-year structural life, hot-dip galvanized or anodized to resist rust and corrosion through monsoons, coastal salt-air exposure, and years of thermal cycling.
